Kenneth Mikkelsen

Kenneth lives in more than one world. As a leading international futurist, speaker, writer, adviser and educator, he is dedicated to improving the quality of leadership by influencing how leaders think, learn, behave and impact society.

He helps leaders and organisations address the most important questions in life.

What drives us? Why do we exist? How do we learn? Where are we heading? What matters in life? Who are we? What do we want to be?

By exploring these questions with leaders, he helps them make informed and wise choices that leave a positive legacy for their organisations and society.

Kenneth is a globally sought after speaker and facilitator. He is educated as a journalist with highest honours and has published widely on issues of leadership and the shifting nature of business in the 21st century in some of the most influential media outlets worldwide.

Kenneth is both an associate of Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies and Drucker Society. Together with Richard Martin, he authored The Neo-Generalist, which explores the value of multidisciplinarity, of living in more than one world.
