Jakob Rachmanski

Based on nudging and the principles from behavioral economics Jakob is helping business leaders to make sense of what causes consumer trends. Jakob provides management with insights on how to map employees’ and customers’ future needs and preferences. He covers presentations and workshops on how to understand and manage human behaviour and what guides decision making.

Jakob has an in-depth understanding of the mechanism behind human motivation and the mental shortcuts people make use of. He works with methods for successfully implementing business strategies and how organizations optimize their communication and marketing. This preoccupation has lead to the development of tools and conceptual frameworks for effective management solutions.

He is the co-author of Kierkegaard et la Sirène (2014) link
