Members’ event The New Age of Trade

Date:12 June 2018

Time:14:30

Place:Stavanger, TBA

Trade has recently been brought back to the forefront of the global geopolitical arena, largely thanks to Trump’s developing trade agenda and the United Kingdom’s ongoing Brexit negotiations with the EU. This new age of trade wars and protectionism may threaten globalisation as we know it.

At CIFS we have identified a series of trends - ranging in impact, likelihood and outcome - that will present opportunities and threats to the global economy and trade patterns over the coming decades. There are many areas of uncertainty to be considered:

Our newest Members’ Report The New Age of Trade zooms in on the trends that we believe will be the most important and should therefore be contemplated by decision-makers in all industries and organisational types.
