Strategy for the future of work and work life- Workplaces in the Age of Hyper-Agility - Copenhagen

Date:23 November 2017

Time:15:00

Place:Copenhagen

Members’ report 2017/4 will focus on workplace strategy and is a follow-up to members’ report 2017/2 about future work life.

The new report focuses on how you can develop a workplace strategy that better supports your organisation’s strategic ambitions. How can organisations achieve better alignment between organizational culture and structure, people, facilities, and technology in a future characterised by hyper-agility and great volatility?

We especially focus on the strategic role of the workplace and work culture and on the growing importance of data and analytics in promoting employee engagement and productivity.
