Thomas Geuken is a psychologist and primarily works with the development of future styles of management and organization in a narrative perspective. He has worked intensively for a number of years with the development of a better functioning management practice in both public and private companies.
Thomas has contributed to the development of the Institute's new management development plan Narrative Leadership and leads about 75 annual workshops all over Europe on the subjectNarrating Leadership & Change. Here, the participants experiment with the companies' challenges, interests and current problems.
In addition to his association to the Institute, he is the co-founder and co-owner of the psychologist firm 'Psycces – psychologstATwork', which primarily works with companies in relation with management development and major organizational changes.
Thomas has a Master's in Psychology from University of Copenhagen with main subjects being narrative development methods and systemic thinking and side subjects in art-based approaches to organizational development, philosophy and aesthetic learning processes.
