Process and result

Since 2011, the Institute has been working closely with ISS, the world’s leading facility management company. This collaboration has resulted in six published white papers about the future of work, workplaces, and the work force, with a special focus on the role of FM. The white papers are based on extensive megatrend analysis, scenario processes, expert interviews, and workshops with key industry figures. The goal being forming the basis for ISS’s strategy development and continued positioning as thought leaders in the field.
