In a time of tectonic demographic shifts, increasing polarisation and rapid acceleration, we witness changing consumer markets and consumer behaviours. We explore several different social trends and share insights on how such developments are leading to the emergence and continued development of underestimated and even seemingly forgotten consumer segments.
