Future-driven Innovation course
'Enabling you to take the lead in innovation' is the value proposition of our course. Participants will be trained in connecting future-driven innovation strategy with process, tools and culture. Our objective is to empower you as an innovation leader - all the way from theory to praxis. Digital tools and open ecosystem play a key role in this.
The course is organised in two modules. Module 1 covers the essentials of innovation and how megatrend-based scenarios are a precondition to develop a future-driven strategy for your organization. We will show you how strategy guides the definition of search fields and how digital tools are used to explore them. Module 2 focusses on how to derive insights by working with customers and crowds, how to mature opportunities (concepts and prototypes) and how to leverage organisation and culture for success. Working in open ecosystems and together with start-ups are of key importance.
The teaching format consists of Interactive lectures and group work. We will demonstrate and apply digital platforms for data-mining, crowd engagement and idea management.
