Goal

To assess the risk and opportunities for business from climate change

Process and result

The analysis evaluated the possible opportunities and threats of climate change relating to nine different industries from the following three risk perspectives:

• Physical exposure: asset vulnerability and/or adaptability
• Regulatory exposure: consequences of increased industry regulation
• Reputational and brand exposure: changes to consumer behaviour and susceptibility to negative brand exposure
