Canada Health 2030 was initiated as a collaborative exploration of potential futures for healthcare in Canada, with a focus on personalized health. To achieve this, a diverse group of Canadian stakeholders and experts met at four virtual workshops between January and April 2021, which were facilitated by CIFS and supported by Hoffmann-La Roche, to discuss how personalized healthcare could unfold in Canada towards 2030. Insights gathered from these discussions were used to build four unique scenarios for the future of personalized healthcare in Canada, as well as build a strategic roadmap for supporting the development of personalized healthcare. Both of these outputs are published in the full scenario process report, which also includes patient journeys for eight different Canadians that explore how healthy individuals and patients with chronic conditions could experience each scenario.
