Introduction

Dr. Harriet Teare is an associated partner at CIFS, with experience in ethics and governance research relating to emerging technologies and future health. She is a Research Leader at RAND Europe, and was previously Deputy Director for the Centre for Health, Law and Emerging Technologies (HeLEX) at the University of Oxford. Harriet contributes a multidisciplinary perspective, with a DPhil in Organic Chemistry, and experience in science and health policy. She applies empirical methodologies to examine the role and expectations of different stakeholders in realising our future health potential.
